Decent Premier Inn although it's a fair distance to anywhere else apart from the Beefeater right next door. Staff will bend over backwards to help you, PI staff are always good but these are a step above.

Absolutely brilliant here.. Nothing to fault. Lovely friendly welcome and plenty of parking. Only had breakfast at beefeater. Ate out at the Swan Holme. That is a truly magnificent restaurant better than beefeater and few minutes from …

Stayed for 2 nights over the Christmas holidays, and found it to be disappointing. Having stayed in Premier Inn's on numerous occasions and found them to be very good, on this occasion that was not the case.|Whilst the room was pleasant …

We are premier inn guru's and have stayed all over the country with and without kids.
This one was not a good experience.!
The hotel is generally dirty and tired. It was very noisy with doors slamming. We were in a family room and plonked right next to the entrance door on the ground floor so we could hear every person coming and going.
The aircon/heating unit was spitting out black sut/dust that covered my 6 year old sons bed.
The breakfast experience was not what we have come to expect from premier inn. Lots of things were missing or being replaced at the speed of a sloth.
There was rubbish in the car park including a mattress literally thrown into the bushes near the entrance that had been there a long time as it was covered in mould.
I got the impression that this is a hotel that is on a downward spiral.
I did email premier inn direct, but to date I have had no reply.
We won't be back here anytime soon.

Very comfortable 4 night stay. Location was important for a New Years stay.Premier Plus offers that little bit of extra on a multi night stay.Would have liked a lift in the hotel but case only to be carried upstairs once! Pleasant area with lots to see during the days.

Had a lovely stay here. We had a Premier Plus room and was very happy. Nespresso coffee maker and water in the fridge, tea and coffee supplied. Iron and ironing board, chair with footstool and another chair under the vanity. The game changer for me was a dedicated area with a light up mirror and shelf with plugs for hairdryer (supplied) and straightners if you brought them and a stool to sit on!! Very well thought out!!
Food & drinks: Beefeater just across the carpark. Good food and service.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Very friendly and efficient check in by a human! Clean rooms with everything you need. Mill lodge (Beefeater) next door - excellent buffet breakfast. Free parking. A short 5 min drive from city centre.

Staff were amazing, my room to my surprise being my first time ever at a Premier Inn was to me just perfect. I actually did get a good night's sleep. The hallway was cushioned, so couldn't here anybody walking by with the added signs advising to tip toe. 😅👍. Let's not forget the staff across the way making sure everything food and drink wise ran smoothly. Worthy of a 5⭐️ rating from me. Keep up the great work people. 👍

We stayed for one night in a Plus room. The staff were very welcoming, even waiving the early check-in fee because of the snow! Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. We didn’t spend much time or eat in the hotel as we were meeting/celebrating with family.

It was easy to check in and food was delicious but the room itself was a disappointment. The bathroom wasn't that great for cleanliness and my 2 eldest children had to share a single bed as there was only one in the room as well as a cot …
